We are excited to offer a whole pig option for our customers! A great, economical way to purchase high quality meat. Reserve your pig now, choose the cuts you want and fill your freezer for the winter season.

From hogs raised respectfully and humanely in our regenerative woodlands

Free from vaccines, hormones, antibiotics, nitrites/nitrates, MSG and GMO’s

Diverse, natural diet, supplemented with our custom non-GMO feed with NO vegetable oils or chemical additives

Processed in a small-scale, locally owned and operated USDA facility

Comes frozen and vacuum sealed

What you need to know:

$3.50/lb. hanging weight (due @ pick up) + you pay the processor

The Cut Custom Processing in Rosebush, MI

Expected processing date: November/December 2026 (specific date coming soon)

Average hanging weight expected: around 200 lbs.

Other things to note:

You must pick up at the processor. However, we will work with you if you absolutely can’t make it.

The Cut Custom Processing has been wonderful to work with in the past: smooth process, great options (organic seasonings, nitrate free bacon, etc.), high quality packaging.

The processor only does whole hogs (will not split in half) so that is our policy as well.
